I asked to use the restroom, and he thought I wasn’t going to buy anything, so he didn’t let me use it. Later, he saw that I filled up gas, and still he didn’t give me the restroom key. Really poor service.

Before Covid, I used this wash pretty regularly and I was reasonably happy with it. Today I used it for the first time in several years (the middle $12 wash) and I have to say that the Presoak cycle, which is described as a "foam bath," was severely lacking in suds and water. It was just a very light spritz that didn't fully wet down the vehicle. The initial Presoak part of the wash is the most important because it wets and loosens the dirt and provides soap and water for lubrication. If the vehicle is not completely soaked and soapy before the brushes go to work, the brushes will scratch the clearcoat. I know everyone is trying to conserve water but a carwash has to use at least enough water and soap to get every surface of the car wet and soapy before the brushes touch the finish. I didn't notice any damage, but I don't think I'll use this wash again unless I see that the Presoak cycle is really getting cars wet and soapy. If not for my concern about the lack of water & soap during the Presoak cycle, I'd probably rate this four stars.
